Helping people through hypnosis

Hi! I’m Paula Barbeito and I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society, but it wasn’t always like this. In fact, before I began my journey as a therapist, I have 13 years of experience working with young people as a secondary school teacher of Creative Arts, but I was drawn towards working with and helping people and I couldn’t ignore that feeling anymore.

I took a leap of faith 3 years ago, during the pandemic, and I became a qualified hypnotherapist, here to help people like you overcome their challenges and take control of their lives.

I am a Portuguese speaker and I am here to help anyone in the community here or abroad that needs help.
