My story

Hi, I’m Paula. I’m a qualified hypnotherapist offering fully tailored online therapy sessions and treatment plans, to help you overcome challenges, improve self confidence/esteem, and live the life you want.

With a Chrysalis Courses Diploma in ‘Hypnotherapy and Introduction to Counselling’, my learning journey began with the desire to help, guide and heal.

I am currently also completing a 3 year Counselling course with the same institution and I am continuing my professional development by attending CPD workshops.

Using a personalised approach to therapy, each session is tailored to create a safe space in which you can heal.

If you are confronting with difficulties like sleeping issues, anxiety, the desire to stop smoking/vaping, low self-esteem, or even if you just want to be a better person and heal your emotional wounds, with the help of hypnotherapy, I can guide you through the process. For that purpose, the first consultation is free.
